Nine·Tails started in St. Petersburg, FL — written from the perspective of someone who has spent more Mondays in Looker Studio than is reasonable. This page is the human behind the product, the principles that don't move, and the receipts for every number on the home page.
I started Nine·Tails because I have spent more Mondays in Looker Studio than is reasonable, and because the agencies I respect most are spending their best hours on the deliverable nobody is reading.
A performance shop lives or dies on Monday morning. The client opens the report; they renew, or they don't. The renewal turns on the story — the pacing, the proof, the recommendation, the sentence that says we know what we're doing. The story is the work. And the story is the thing that gets pushed to ten-PM Sunday because a dashboard is faster to refresh than a narrative is to write.
Nine·Tails replaces that Sunday. It pulls the metrics, drafts the first version in your voice, and stops. You read, you edit, you ship. We never send what you haven't approved. We never narrate a number that isn't real. We never put our name on your client's report. That is the whole product today. Insights come next year, ad operations the year after — but only after the reports have earned it.
Every number on the home page maps to a row here. Counted, estimated, or cited — we say which, and we say where it came from. If a claim cannot survive this page, it should not have been on the home page.
- Counted
Eight-plus tools.
SourceCounted from the integration roster currently typed in src/lib/db/schema.ts — Meta, Google Ads, GA4, TikTok, HubSpot, Stripe, Shopify, LinkedIn Ads, Klaviyo. Verifiable today; this number grows as we add providers.
- Estimated
≈ four hours per week per client.
SourceFounder estimate, drawn from approximately ten conversations with agency owners in Q1 2026. Treat as a hypothesis until validated with a customer survey at the beta-50 milestone. We will publish the survey methodology and the result here when the data lands.
- Cited
Three-times renewal lift.
SourceSourced from industry surveys on client communication frequency vs. retention. Aspirational claim until Nine·Tails has internal renewal cohort data — should always be footnoted as “estimated based on industry research,” which is what it is.
