§ Product

One report
that gets your client to renew.

9·Tails is the operating system for performance marketing agencies. Connect your ad platforms; Studio drafts an editorial monthly report in your agency's voice; you read, edit, and ship. White-labeled. Always reviewed by a human. Built for the Monday morning when the renewal hangs on the page your client opens.

§ A — How it works

The four
moves.

Four moves between an ad-platform login and a client opening their report on Monday morning. Each one is something you currently do by hand or with a tool that's the wrong shape; we collapse them into one editorial workflow.

I.
§ A.1 · Connect

Connect

Authorize Meta, Google Ads, GA4, TikTok, LinkedIn, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Stripe, or Shopify in one OAuth step per provider. One agency-level connection covers every client account it touches — no per-client copy-paste credentials.

II.
§ A.2 · Ingest

Ingest

Studio pulls metrics on a cadence you set — first of the month for monthly reports, weekly for in-flight check-ins. Snapshots are stored encrypted at rest, queryable by you, never shared.

III.
§ A.3 · Generate

Generate

Claude drafts the narrative against the snapshot in your client's tone profile. KPI letterhead, the story, the channel breakdown, the recommendation — written from the data, never from invention. The system prompt forbids fabricated metrics.

IV.
§ A.4 · Approve

Approve

A teammate reads, edits, and approves before anything ships. The PDF + email render in your agency's brand and send from your domain. Studio never contacts your client directly — every artifact passes through your hands.

§ B — Anatomy of a report

The artifact,
in cross-section.

The exact artifact your client opens. Five regions, each pulling its weight. Hover or read along — every label points at the part of the report it's describing.

Recommendations
§ B.1KPI letterhead
Period banner, client name in italic Playfair, and the four metrics that anchor the month — spend, purchases, ROAS, CAC. The first thing the client sees.
§ B.2The story
A senior strategist's account of the month, written in your voice. Streams in as Studio drafts; not a paragraph appears that wasn't asked for by the data.
§ B.3Channel breakdown
Per-platform performance with share-of-spend bars. Reads as a quick visual on top of the prose — your client gets the ledger and the story together.
§ B.4Recommendations
What you'd move next month, with the reasoning. Drafted by Studio, never sent without your approval; this is where your judgment overrides the model's.
§ B.5Audit footer
Drafted by, reviewed by, sent on. The provenance line that makes the whole artifact trustworthy — humans are accountable, the model is the assistant.
§ C — Voice profiles

Same week,
three voices.

The same week's numbers, narrated three ways. Pick a voice per client; the model honors it for every report it drafts. Re-tune mid-quarter and the next draft picks up the change. The tonal difference lives in the prose — that's the point.

§ TONE · PROFESSIONALProfessionalWhen the client expects a strategist's hand on the page.
Blended ROAS landed at 4.82× this week, a full point above the 4.0× target on $14,820 of spend. Meta's prospecting set carried the lift; we hold the current allocation through Memorial Day and revisit the first week of June.

§ TONE · FRIENDLYFriendlyWhen the client wants the news read to them, not at them.
Strong week. ROAS came in at 4.82×, well above the 4.0× we set for the quarter, and Meta's new creatives did most of the work. We're keeping the budget where it is through the holiday and seeing where things land in early June.

§ TONE · DATA-HEAVYData-heavyWhen the client owns the numbers and wants the receipts first.
ROAS 4.82× (target 4.00×, +20.5%) on $14,820 spend. Meta: 5.29× ROAS, CTR 1.49%, CPA $22.43 (target $30). Google: 4.04× ROAS, CPA $27.90. Recommend hold-pattern on Meta budget through Memorial Day window.

Phase I supports nine providers. We add what our customers ask for next.

§ D — On the order of operations

Three phases.
One promise.

Phase I earns the right to be in your reporting workflow. Phase II earns the right to nudge your decisions. Phase III earns the right to take actions on your behalf. Performance agencies trust slowly — skipping levels destroys it. So the roadmap is sequential, and each phase has a measurable gate before the next ships.

The plan, written down

Three phases.
One promise.

I
Phase I · Reporting

Editorial monthly reports your clients actually read.

We pull the numbers from your Meta, Google, TikTok, and Klaviyo accounts on the first of each month. Studio drafts the narrative in your agency's voice — KPI letterhead, the story, the channel breakdown, the recommendation. You read, edit, and ship. White-labeled. Always reviewed by a human before it reaches the client.

Phase II · Insights

Continuous narrative on the metrics you watch.

Between monthly reports, the same engine watches your KPIs and writes a short Slack-style update whenever the numbers move enough to talk about. Pacing alerts, creative-fatigue signals, weekend dips. Same voice as the monthly. No false alarms, no "automation summary" templates.

Q3 2026
III
Phase III · Ad Operations

Move the budgets the report tells you to move.

Read-write integrations with Meta, Google, and TikTok. The pacing changes the report has been recommending all year — applied with one approval, audited line by line, reversible inside the same calendar month. The loop closes between recommendation and execution.
